Nestled in the heart of Brielle, the Zalm offers an attractive base for exploring this charming town. The spacious rooms feature large windows that not only provide ample light but also delightful views of the local scenery. My stay included a welcome drink, which set a warm tone upon arrival, and the restaurant serves a solid menu that's worth a try. I experienced consistency issues with service and information, particularly regarding parking. While it's in a prime location, the hotel struggled with accommodating guests' needs, leading to my unfortunate parking mishap. The absence of onsite parking truly impacted my overall experience. While the Zalm can be seen as a great value, especially given its pricing, be prepared for occasional lapses in service. A balance is required between luxury and value, and with some adjustments, it could improve immensely, particularly who prioritize seamless experiences over savings.
